Stretch Films

We offer both, Hand grade and Machine Grade Stretch Films manufactured on fully automatic 5 layer and 7 layer machines. Hand Grade: These are highly used in applications where the wrapping of the film is done manually and the stretchability required is about 250 %. Machine Grade: These are used in mostly in pallet wraps for exports or general transportation purposes where the film is stretched at 300% - 350%. Machine Grade Stretch Films are also made using Blow technology where the tare resistant required is extremely high and stretchability goes up to 400% - 450%. Sizes are available from 60 mm – 1500 mm in thickness range from 12 micron – 100 micron.

BOPP Films

BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) films are a type of plastic film known for their excellent clarity, strength, and versatility. They are widely used in packaging and various industrial applications

Barrier Film

We have 5 layer state of the art fully auto Blown Film Line for making Barrier Films like Nylon Based Films Nylon based Films are majorly used for packing of Edible Oils like coconut oil, palm oil etc. Our fully auto plant helps us to avoid any defects or variations in the required specifications.

Shrink Film

Shrink wrap, also shrink film, is a material made up of polymer plastic film. When heat is applied, it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering. Heat can be applied with a handheld heat gun (electric or gas), or the product and film can pass through a heat tunnel on a conveyor. Before shipping products in the market, the offered film is used for packaging cosmetics accessories, glass bottles, cans and tins. We offer LDPE and POF Shrink Film. LDPE is widely used in the bottle industry where as POF is used in Pharmaceuticals, Stationary, Cosmetics etc. It has higher clearity than LDPE Shrink Film. Sizes are available from 150 mm – 1550 mm in thickness range from 25 miron – 100 micron.

Guard film

We provide a complete range of Guard Films, also known as Surface Protection Films designed to prevent abrasion, scratching during manufacturing and damage during delivery cycles. When the protective film is removed, the quality of substrate is revealed, just as it was when it was left in the factory. The film doesn’t leave any residue of the adhesive on the surface after removal; hence maintaines the glossiness of the surface as it is. The film is used in wide range of applications in industries like steel, tiles, mica, carpet industry etc. Sizes are available from 45 mm – 1450 mm in thickness range from 25 miron – 100 micron.

Mulch films

We produce Mulch lms under our brand ‘Farm Easy’ for agricultural lms. Agricultural mulch film is a plastic film - available in rolls or as folded used in the ground, under the root systems of plants, to facilitate crop cultivation. It helps to limit Weed growth, increase soil retention, prevent soil erosion, modify soil temperature General sizes are from 250 mm – 1550 mm in thickness range from 7 miron – 100 micron. It is higly used in Black/White and Silver/Black colour combinations

Lamination Films

Fostered with rich industry experience and a highly experienced team of professionals, we are offering LDPE Lamination Film. This film is highly demanded for laminating purpose of different products like Polyester, BOPP etc. Our offered film is manufactured under the supervision of our adroit professionals using the quality assured poly-ethylene. This film is checked by our experts on various parameters before providing it to the clients. LDPE Lamination Film is highly used in packaging of food products as a layer in multilayer packaging. Sizes are available from 300 mm – 1550 mm in thickness range from 25 miron – 100 micron.

Masking Films

Masking Film is similar to a Guard Film, but it is highly used in high glossy surfaces. It is also know as Non Glue Film. The Transparency in a masking film is higher than a guard lm used for glossy surface. It is easily removable and uses electrostatic energy on the surface to bond with it. It is used majorly in automobile industry, steel industry and for protection of Faceshields. Sizes are available from 150 mm – 1550 mm in thickness range from 25 miron – 60 micron.

Silage Films

We produce Silage films under our brand ‘Farm Easy’ for agricultural films. It is an agricultural film used in farmland for protection and storage of forage, silage, hay and maize in areas where the growth period of herding grass is relatively short. Bundling of silage using tacky films helps in transportation and delivery. Silage films act as green-store since it keeps the forage under an optimum humidity condition to facilitate controlled anaerobic fermentation. General sizes are from 250 mm – 750 mm in thickness range from 25 miron – 150 micron.

Polyester Films

Polyester films, commonly made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), are versatile plastic films known for their strength, durability, and excellent barrier properties. They are widely used in various applications across different industries.

Garbage Bags

We manufacture high quality Garbage Bag on Roll with superior strength. Our Garbage Bag on Roll is available with tying thread. It is available in pouch and box packing as per customer requirement. We also provide Biodegrabable, Bio-medical, Disposable & Re-processed Garbage Bags. We also manufacture HM,LD bags and rolls with high quality virgin materials for best properties and tare resistance. The Bags are also offered in variety of colours as per client requirement. The bags range from 10 inch – 40 inchs with microns ranging from 9 micron – 100 micron. We also offer printed Bags as per requirement of our clients. Due to government norms, there has been increase demand in printed bags and rolls with printing as per norms. The Rolls are offered in both types; with gusset and without gusset.

Bags & Pouches

We manufacture from single to five layer substrates in roll form on our solvent less lamination machine. Printing can be upto 8 colours. They are suitable for all types of Form Fill Seal applications. Various web sizes are offered as per the requirements of the customer. It is suitable for vertical and horizontal form fill seal, flow wrap, and lidding applications. Specifications are custom made as per the product to be filled inside, for example: PET/MET PET/LDPE PET/Alu Foil/LDPE BOPP/BOPP BOPP/CPP PET/NY/Alu Foil/CPP To meet the customers pouching needs we manufacture all kinds of pouches. The portfolio comprises of Stand-up, Flat (centre seal, three side seal, side seal), spouted and profile cut pouches. There are different value additions that can be done to each pouch type depending upon the type of pouch. All pouches can have rounded corners and specific product windows.
